Defected board replacement :

COBRA® fasteners could fix two boards end-to-end. This allows an easy board replacement without altering the rest of the deck

Boards should be 100 reversible (symmetric groove). Therefore, it is possible to flip over the same board and use the non-defected surface.


Steps to follow :

  • 1. Unscrew the fastener used to attach the damaged board. Slide the Cobra® fasteners into the side channel of boards A and B
  • 2. Position the non-defected face/surface and slide the Cobra fasteners back into the groove. Tighten the COBRA® screws down. A special bit is provided
  • 3. Push the next board by lifting it slightly. The clip COBRA ® guarantees a minimum spacing of 5mm and regulatory
  • 4. The board is in place, finish screwing videos COBRA ® using the special tip provided. Avoid exercise a high torque (clutch wrench set at more slippery)
