The rotating screw system allows a micrometric adjustment height by simply rotating the ring. Precisely adjustable in height, they allow the installation plan to be adjusted and stabilized, even on uneven ground.
The rspeed of implementation simplifies setting without complex tools. The pedestals offer a stable and economical foundation for each residential or commercial terrace project, in tiled slab or wooden joist.
Each resistant stud supports up to 1000 kg of centered compression load.
Three models for all your projects
The NIVO range is available in three types of pedestals depending on the coating chosen.
The pedestals for joists have a head with L-shaped side fixing for screwing and holding wooden or composite joists. They are suitable for terraces on exotic, resinous or composite wood pedestals.
The pedestals for slabs incorporate breakable lugs which accommodate any format of slab for terrace in porcelain stoneware tiles, concrete or wood.
Five heights available from 25 to 240 mm, extendable up to 530 mm with stackable extensions. An optional slope corrector compensates for height differences of 2 to 5%. The 20 cm wide base guarantees great stability on soft ground.

The installation of NIVO pedestals is carried out directly on stabilized soil, concrete slab or waterproofing membrane. The rotating screw diameter provides excellent adjustment stability.
The joist pedestal head allows lateral or vertical screwing depending on the constraints of the project. The aluminum overhang clips onto the slab pedestals to receive the 60 mm STRUCTURAL joists. The system facilitates the passage of cables and pipes under the structure.
The flow of water is ensured by the space between the floor and the covering which also ensures good ventilation.

The additional accessories adapt perfectly to the system: slope corrector to compensate for differences in height of 2 to 5%, stackable extensions up to 530 mm in height, shock absorber to limit the sound effect. The optimal installation time is reduced compared to traditional foundations.
